Leadership Mentoring Program
This is an 8 module course designed to help leaders at any stage in their career adapt to challenging work environments.
The program uses tools of self-analysis and intention to create robust, decisive leaders who can communicate effectively and take care of themselves and their team.
What you/your leaders will learn:
What is important to you and what you will not compromise to get it
How to apply balance to life and leadership
How to make better decisions more quickly
How to solve problems and learn from mistakes
How to communicate effectively with yourself and others
How to manage all areas of your life in a sustainable way
What to do when things breakdown
How to develop a habit of lifelong learning
The course is divide into 8 modules, each one released every 2 weeks for the duration of the course.
The modules are presented in video and written format. These guide you though the topic and contain exploratory questions and scenarios to deepen your understanding.
At the end of each 2 week period there is a 45 minute mentoring session conducted online to draw out and ingrain key learnings.
Workshops
Our in person workshops are designed to address key issues that your staff face on a daily basis.
We use a combination of role play and interactive learning to allow your employees to experience all sides of situation. Generating empathy and understanding for the people they are interacting with.
They will leave with practical skills and a deeper understanding that they can apply to solving the problems your company faces.

Coaching
